Overview
Prague is an exciting school trip destination that stands out from the crowd! Right in the middle of Europe, it’s a melting pot of cultures and a place where old and new go hand-in-hand.
There’s a lot of fun to be had in discovering Czech culture and there are special memories to be made here, including a boat trip on the Vltava, a spooky storytelling evening, and a cooking lesson.
Prague has plenty of great museums on a variety of subjects, so if you have any other ideas, let us know and we’ll create a bespoke itinerary for you.
Our Suggested Itinerary
-
Day 1
Flight from the UK to Prague and coach transfer to accommodation.
Stretch your legs and settle into your new surroundings, with some free time in the beautiful Old Town (Staré Město).
Optional evening activity: let us know if you’d like a meal at a local restaurant!
-
Day 2
In the morning, enjoy a guided tour of the city centre’s most famous sites. Don’t forget your cameras!
Visit Prague’s own mini Eiffel Tower at Petrin Hill! It’s full of old-fashioned, fun-fair attractions including the tower and a mirror maze.
Spend the afternoon exploring the fairy-tale fortress of Prague Castle and don't miss the changing of the guard!
Optional evening activity: a cooking lesson! You’ll learn how to prepare, cook (and then eat!) a traditional Czech dinner.
-
Day 3
Enjoy a day out at the zoo! Prague Zoo has thousands of animals including hundreds of endangered species, in spacious, lush surrounds.
Before dinner, follow a local guide through the Old Town’s narrow lanes on a ghost walk! With a focus on storytelling, you’ll uncover mysterious secrets and strange tales from 1000 years of history.
Optional evening activity: a dinner cruise along the river Vltava!
-
Day 4
This morning, prepare to be bemused and bewildered by the Museum of Senses - a collection of interactive installations and mind-blowing optical illusions!
Afternoon flight back to the UK.
