New York is arguably the creative capital of the world. From the bright lights and billboards of Times Square, to the skyscrapers and bridges that surround you, it is a highly rewarding destination for Design students.
Take fascinating guided tours around the city's streets or visit a variety of museums including the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum narrating both historic and contemporary design, and covering one-of-a-kind to mass-produced items.
Our Suggested Itinerary

Day 1
Flight to New York.
Evening visit to the Empire State Building for some amazing views of the city!

Day 2
Take a guided tour of the Skyscraper Museum, a must for design enthusiasts!
Visit the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, a museum dedicated to architecture and design. There's an option to add on a guided architecture tour here if you'd like!
Take a stroll in the world-famous Central Park.

Day 3
Take the Around Manhattan Bridge & Infrastructure River Cruise Tour, a great way to explore the many bridges and historic buildings, while travelling on the Hudson River.
Spend the afternoon exploring the Brooklyn Bridge on a guided walking tour.
Evening in Times Square. You can round off your evening with a meal at Hard Rock Café or Planet Hollywood!

Day 4
Explore the Cooper Hewitt Museum. Let us know if you'd prefer a guided tour or hands-on design workshop!
Airport transfer and overnight flight home.

Arrive home.

In New York, our schools tend to stay at the Hotel Wolcott, a stone's throw away from the Empire State Building. We use safe and secure accommodation especially suited to schools and quote on a no bed-sharing basis. Our accommodation is usually 2* or youth hostel standard and provides a perfect base for enjoying your tour. All accommodation we use is audited, and our auditing regime is verified by independent experts.
